The BPO That Puts People First

Jonathan is the founder and CEO of Peak Support. Prior to Peak Support, Jonathan designed and built the TalkTo service team. TalkTo was funded by Matrix Partners and eventually sold to Path, which was later sold to Kakao Corp. Jonathan earned his MBA from NYU Stern and a BA in Finance from Northeastern University. His Instagram photos only slightly exaggerate the size of the striped bass he catches off the coast of Boston throughout the summer and fall months.

Bianca has been in the BPO industry for over 16 years. She is currently Vice President of PH Operations at Peak Support. Prior to co-founding Peak Support, Bianca supported TalkTo and Path, where she was responsible for payroll, scheduling, data analysis, and general operations. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys travelling with her family and growing her collection of essential oil blends.

Hannah is the President & Chief Strategy Officer. She oversees sales and marketing and was the first U.S. hire at Peak Support. Prior to joining the compay, she was a strategy and innovation consultant at Innosight, and held other roles such as speechwriting for President Bill Clinton and managing communications at the Clinton Global Initiative. Hannah earned her MBA from MIT, an MA in Business Journalism from NYU, and a BA in History from Macalester College. She is passionate about social justice and has served on the board of various non-profits.

Daniel is Chief Financial Officer of Peak Support. Prior to Peak Support, Daniel served as CFO of B.GOOD, and held multiple leadership roles with Restaurant Brands International. Daniel holds a Master’s of Accounting degree from the University of Florida, and is a licensed CPA in the state of Florida. When he is not crunching numbers , Daniel enjoys hiking, skiing, and spending time outdoors as often as possible.

Stephen is Chief Information Officer at Peak Support. He has been leading Technology and Security teams in a variety of verticals including retail, ecommerce and manufacturing for over 20 years and has spent the last 13 of those in the BPO space. He holds an EC Council Certified CISO accreditation and is a member of FBI’s InfraGard security program.

Larry has over two decades of expertise in BPO operations and HR management. With a results-driven approach and forward-thinking vision, Larry has steered the teams toward achieving excellence in customer support and back-office solutions on a global scale. His learning and motivation ensure that our employees receive an unparalleled experience, perfectly aligned with our company’s overarching objectives. His extensive experience spans not just the management of diverse teams, but also the strategic development and implementation of streamlined processes across multiple geographies. Larry earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Technology from Brigham Young University.
